Chapter 13 Part 2 aka Chapter 14 is up also, so you can read straight through to the conclusion of Book Two (!!!).
Sometimes it felt like this book was NEVER going to end, and it's easily the longest and most complicated thing I've ever written (or it will be until I write Book Three, I guess). But it's finally complete, and let me tell you, I am THRILLED about that - and looking forward to Book Three SO MUCH. \o/
