I am liking Korra! I have been refraining from commentary mostly because I still can't quite tell how they're going to handle this bender-nonbender conflict; I am That Fan who wants thoughtful treatises on everything, and it's possible I'm hoping for more complexity than can reasonably be demanded of a 22-minute show? I sometimes worry it may fall down on the job a little. But I can't tell yet! And I adore Korra, I find the modernization fascinating, and mostly my feelings can be summed up as KORRA YES WHY AREN'T THERE MORE EPISODES OF YOU. (And Lin Bei Fong, omg. ♥________♥ )

As for a sequel fic, I would LOVE to, although my head might explode before we get that far. I have no idea how I would keep Korra involved, but I don't think I could bear to leave her out, even though she obvs. would not be the Avatar. And I don't know how up-to-date you are/whether you're avoiding spoilers, but today's ep may have helped me out a lot when it comes to potential alternates! :D But, uh, there's still two-and-like-a-third gajillion-word books to go first, so I haven't really sat down and worked out how it might go.
