searching endlessly together.

So, by "I will almost definitely be able to get it done tomorrow", what I actually meant was "I will forget that we have to go to a parade in the morning to cheer for
idriya and then be rendered utterly useless by the heat". The Fourth is not typically a big deal for my family! I forgot! /o\ Oops. I should know better than to say these things - at least I stuck the "almost" in there. :D Anyway, let's revise that to: whenever the chapter's finished and I've made it less bad - which I will try to do quickly - I will post it.
Caught last week's Burn Notice, and, oh, Madeline. I have to admit, even though some of that episode was pretty ham-handed, I really love that Michael's ~tragic family past is not all about him - it is Madeline's, too, and Nate's, and sometimes they seem to forget that but sometimes they also remember it. Plus I am a real sucker for the demands of undercover in that "I have to be horrible to you or they will find us out! FOR GRATEGUILT ANGST JUSTICE" way. Luckily for me, the writers seem to like it also. Augh I love Madeline so much. ♥♥♥♥♥ I do enjoy the occasional wallow in Michael's pain, when they do those long cuts to his stoic face; but Madeline is so practical about acknowledging bad stuff and moving forward. I love the dynamic of Michael getting all wrapped up in drama in his head and Madeline giving it the Gordian knot treatment - they did kind of the same thing with Jesse, where Michael was all "BUT HE WILL NEVER FORGIVE ME" and Madeline rolled her eyes and made them sit down and shake hands and get over it. ♥
Also, it was sort of awesome to see Sugar again. And I think it was good that the woman was actually able to help them, doing the translating, although I'm getting tired of ending shots where Michael helps a bunch of frightened women out of a van. :P
Google Docs has taught me to type into a browser window and Ctrl+S whenever I finish a paragraph. Good for GDocs; somewhat less helpful for a DW post. **closes the THIRD save-page-as dialog box in the past fifteen minutes**
